Dr. Ahmad completed his Residency from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon Georgia. There he served as Chief Resident and received the Psychiatry Resident of the Year award in in 1998. In 1999 he was Awarded a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy Degree from Mercer University School of Medicine. He later finished his fellowship in Addictions from University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Ahmad has worked in diverse settings (including Internationally) as in New Zealand, Canada, Pakistan. Dr. Robinson is a medical psychologist with an extensive career in pain management and pain medicine. He led organizations to obtain full accreditation with accommodation from CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities for the Interdisciplinary Pain Program.
Dr Robinson became the state representative for New Hampshire, then Vice-President and eventually President of NEPA for the 2005-2006 year. During that time frame, he was also the President of the state pain initiative representing New Hampshire, funded by the American Cancer Society. He is a Board-Certified Medical Psychologist with the American Board of Medical Psychology, and also now sits on the Board as an invited member.
